Boosting Client Engagement and Service Awareness
Challenges
The main challenge was GCA’s lack of experience in email marketing. They were unsure of how to structure their messages and hesitant about directly reaching out to clients. Many clients also lacked awareness of GCA’s full range of services, and the business wanted more feedback from its customer base.
Approach
We started by building an email list from GCA’s customer database, choosing MailChimp for its ease of use and analytics features. A custom, responsive email template was created to align with GCA’s branding and ensure readability across devices.
The content strategy mixed product updates and service highlights with client engagement tactics. Incentives, such as a prize draw, were included to encourage feedback and interaction.
Results
The campaign proved highly effective. Clients responded well, expressing appreciation for regular updates and gaining awareness of services they hadn’t known about. The feedback incentive generated valuable insights, helping shape future communications.
