CHALLENGE

Pearn Kandola’s growth in the DEI sector meant that it had outgrown the old website and required an update to help customers navigate to the wide range of services it covers.

Q: Have you seen any tangible benefits or improvements in your business since the website's launch? This could include increased traffic, lead generation, or sales.

Increase lead gen, ability to run SEO and ads and not have people immediately bounce off.

James Hatcher, Marketing Director

approach

Update the corporate styles to establish the brand as a serious provider of services to a broad professional customer base. Overhaul the UI and UX so that the core services are hinged on its people and extensive experience over 40+ years.

Solution

Redesign the UI and developed new website. Retained WordPress as the CMS but rewrote the theme from scratch and used a more flexible page builder that allows the pages to be more easily updated and maintained.
